The problem
Running an educational nonprofit means coordinating people, lessons and administration. Information scattered across messages and spreadsheets makes daily work hard to follow.
The work
I founded RadiCe APS and built a platform connecting bookings, tutor activity and administration. The starting point is the actual work of students, families and collaborators.
The result
One entry point for the association’s services and an operational system behind them. The project combines product development with organisational responsibility.
